About Me
In 2011, I had three young daughters and a crumbling marriage.
That may not sound like a hopeful place to be, but for the first time, I felt a deep and lasting sense of possibility.
My daughters showed me what unconditional love looked and felt like. Loving them so fiercely made me realize something crucial: I had stopped offering that same love to myself. Their wide, trusting eyes reminded me of who I wanted to be—a woman fully alive, filled with joy, peace, and freedom. The very essence of authenticity.
But at the time, I was anything but. I was filled with anxiety, fear, and self-doubt, pretending my way through life. No matter how good things looked on the outside, I knew I couldn’t want something for my daughters that I wasn’t willing to give myself. I had to change.
If you grew up in a less-than-idyllic childhood like I did, you know that truly knowing yourself can be one of the hardest things of all. Who was I when no one else was telling me who to be? I was determined to find out.
The Path to Healing
My journey led me to yoga, therapy, nature, and deep self-discovery.
Every morning, I wrote my morning pages (credit to Julia Cameron), uncorking my truest feelings onto paper. On my yoga mat, I twisted and folded, uncovering layers of pain, old wounds, and untrue beliefs I had carried for too long. I found mentors who guided me—not by leading, but by walking beside me. I began to know myself. I began to trust myself.
From Healing to Guiding Others
My first certification was in yoga. Having spent much of my life disconnected from my body, yoga became the bridge back to myself. I trained as a teacher and later opened a yoga studio for children—because what if we grew up knowing how to truly live in our bodies? Along the way, I met a mentor who taught me about intuition. That quiet, persistent gut feeling I had ignored for years was actually my inner wisdom trying to guide me.
I deepened my understanding through meditation, energy healing, and a daily commitment to healing. I completed training as a Six Sensory Consultant (Level 1, 2 and 3), Six Sensory Teacher Training, became a Soul Realignment Practitioner and Reiki master Level 2. My hunger for healing led me to learn how to help others.
In 2014, I began coaching others—offering workshops, leading meditation groups, and working one-on-one with clients seeking clarity and healing.
In 2020, I trained under Martha Beck, the life coach of life coaches, earning my certification through her International Coaching Federation-accredited program. The tools, wisdom, and modalities I gained not only tether me to my truest self but also help me see others for who they really are, as they are.
My Coaching Approach
My approach blends deep inner work with practical steps so you can move forward with confidence, rooted in who you truly are. To serve as a guide for others, just as I was guided, is the most fulfilling, honorable work I can imagine. Because as it turns out, following your dreams isn’t just a cute phrase for a sign—it’s the work of our lives.
If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of your next step, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’d love to help you find clarity, healing, and the confidence to move forward as your most authentic self.
